We are on the look out for a CNC Machinist to join this dynamic team (who enjoy great work life balance with exciting and diverse projects and Burleigh Beach 5 minutes down the road!).

As a highly skilled machinist, your main duty is to operate CNC machine tools with maximum efficiency and accuracy.

You will:

· Demonstrate your previous experience in all machines, CNC (Andersons), Panel Saw and Edge Bander (CNC Woodworking experience essential)

· Have highest level of cleanliness and ensure the work area and machines are kept clean and in good condition

· Ensure all maintenance records and documentation are kept up to date

· Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components

· Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production

· Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments

· Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet strict specifications

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

You need:

· Previous experience a similar role in cabinet making or shopfitting (this is a must so you can hit the ground running)

· A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to multiskill with multiple requests at once

· A positive but also friendly team player that enjoys a dynamic work environment

· Forklift Certificate (and relevant Trade Certificate would be great!)

In order to meet the continued growth of our company, we are currently seeking an experienced Delivery Driver/Factory Hand. Regular interstate driving is required for this position.

It will involve various tasks such as picking up and delivering goods to sites, stock handling, facility maintenance and repairs, and other general labouring duties.

  • It is mandatory that you hold a MR license.
  • A valid forklift license is required.
  • Previous experience within a similar position advantageous.
  • A strong ability to manage time and communicate effectively.
  • Working independently and unsupervised as required.
  • A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
  • Physically fit, capable of performing repetitive & strenuous manual labour.
  • Positive attitude, committed to the company, and motivated to succeed.
